Mike Landrum, Managing Principal Considering Mike’s extensive background in accounting, you would probably be surprised by his well-rounded ability to see both the right- and left-brain nuances of the business world. In his joint roles as President/Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Mike certainly has an opportunity to keep his eyes on the numbers, but he also manages to lend his guidance and expertise to the more creative and forward-looking parts of the business. In addition to his years of work in the world of AV, Mike has also served in managerial positions in the insurance, chemical, and risk management industries. Mike earned his BS in Business from a quaint little school just west of here… the University of Alabama… so don’t bother to call him during Tide football games. |

Barry Halligan, Vice President of Technical Operations Barry Halligan has worked in the audio visual/video industry since 1979 on both the dealer and manufacturing sides of the business. In his present position, Barry directs the activities of all of the Technical Innovation Integrated Solutions Group's service, field operations, and engineering organizations. Previously at Technical Innovation, first as director of service operations and then as executive director, ISG technical operations, Barry was responsible for moving the service organization from a repair orientation to a holistic support approach. He is recognized for his ability to build exemplary operations from both a P&L and customer satisfaction perspective. |

Merrie West, Regional Director, Georgia Merrie brings nine years of experience with the company and in the industry to the table. She has been focused on integrated presentation systems technology, spending much of that time as a specialist in the higher-education market. In 2003, Merrie was promoted to Manager of the Integrated Solutions Group, handling key accounts and special projects along with providing support for the regional sales team. A native of Atlanta, Merrie studied Business Administration (with major in Marketing) at Georgia State University. She is also CTS-certified. |

Tyler Bonner, Director of CriticalSpace Solutions Group Tyler has more than seven years of experience in the video technology industry, with the majority in video-over-IP solutions development and deployment. Tyler currently oversees the operations of the Control Room Solutions Group. He is also responsible for defining (and developing) new markets for Technical Innovation. Over the past few years, Tyler has held several positions including Director of Business Development and Director of Sales for the Digital Signage/Control Room Groups. In these roles Tyler was successful in implementing standardized solutions with national and multi-national Fortune 250 clients. Tyler holds a BBA from Kennesaw State University with an emphasis in information technology, and is CTS-certified through ICIA. |

David Berndt, Regional Director, Tennessee David Berndt has performed on an executive management level since 1983. He has a solid history of successful leadership of sales and marketing organizations, with responsibility for P&L performance, financial projections, budgeting, strategic planning, the research and development of new business, and the recruiting and maintaining of highly effective teams within both a major consumer products corporation, and a major media company. Incremental growth and high-profit returns have characterized these organizations under his leadership. David holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and an MA from Trinity University. |

Gary Benzine, Regional Director, North Carolina Gary Benzine has been working in the audio visual/video industry since 1989. He has a strong track record of success developing sales organizations. For a number of years, Gary has worked as the manager of the Raleigh, North Carolina, office serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. For Gary, the past fifteen years have been characterized by developing system integration businesses. The ability to build sales organizations from scratch into market-leading organizations has been a hallmark of his career. Gary received an AS, Electrical Engineering, from Madison Area Technical College. |

Bill Waterhouse, Regional Director, Alabama Bill Waterhouse has been working in the broadcast video/audio visual industry since 1976. He has proven consistently successful at leading a sales team, planning budgets and managing P&L for business profitability, new business development for emerging technologies, and key account selling at the executive level. His successful career was built on an understanding of visual technologies and their use in both traditional and non-traditional applications and maintaining primary customer and vendor relationships over time. Bill received his BS, Marketing, from The University of Alabama. He is a member of Society of Broadcast Engineers, the International Communications Industry Association, the International Facility Managers Association, and served in an advisory capacity on numerous manufacturer dealer councils including 3M, Pinnacle Systems, Sony, and Panasonic. |
